Art therapy is a therapeutic practice that harnesses the creative process of making art to improve emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. This approach allows individuals to express their feelings, explore their thoughts, and process experiences in a safe and supportive
environment.Through various artistic mediums, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and collage, participants can communicate what may be difficult to articulate with words. I utilize art
therapy to guide you in using art as a means of self-exploration, healing, and personal growth.Art therapy can benefit individuals of all ages, helping them to cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. By engaging in creative expression, clients often discover
new insights, enhance self-esteem, and foster resilience.Since services are only virtual, there are no required art materials for you to have. We can use whatever you have on hand, or if there is a material you would like to try out, we can discuss options for interventions!
